My Journey into Full Stack Development

Hello everyone! Welcome to my first blog post. I'm Rajesh Jadhav, a software engineer with a passion for building scalable applications and solving complex problems.

The Foundation: College & MERN Stack

My journey began during my college days at SGGS Institute of Engineering and Technology. It was here that I discovered my passion for web development. I didn't just stop at the basics; I dove deep into the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Building full-stack projects during this time gave me a solid understanding of how modern web applications are architected—from designing flexible database schemas to creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces.

Professional Growth: Koshine Tech Labs

Joining Koshine Tech Labs was a pivotal moment in my career. It was a shift from academic projects to real-world impact. Here, I expanded my technical arsenal significantly:

  • Next.js: I mastered Next.js to build high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications that are both fast and scalable.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem: I ventured into the enterprise world, becoming a 3x Certified Salesforce Developer. This experience taught me invaluable lessons about:
    • Scalability: Designing systems that handle massive amounts of data.
    • Security: Implementing robust permission models and secure data handling.
    • Integration: Connecting disparate systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

The Next Frontier: Java Backend & Generative AI

Technology never stands still, and neither do I. Currently, I am channeling my focus into two exciting areas:

  1. Java Backend Development: To further strengthen my backend engineering skills, I am diving deep into Java. I want to understand the intricacies of building robust, enterprise-grade backend systems that power the world's largest applications.
  2. Generative AI: The rise of AI is transforming how we build software. I am actively learning about Gen AI, exploring how to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications to create smarter, more intuitive user experiences.

What's Next?

I'm incredibly excited about the convergence of traditional software engineering with the new capabilities of AI. Stay tuned for more posts where I'll share insights from my experiments with LLMs, deep dives into Salesforce architecture, and tips on modern web development.
